Trees are blowing
it will soon be snowing
the tree leaves are changing
red green and orange glowing.
look out the window
you will not be annoyed.
Trees look hollow
so empty and void.
The trees are dying
and what they’re leaving behind
is a yard full of leaves
it’s not very kind.
